Chinese tea harvest 2026

Many of our long-awaited teas from China have finally arrived. This year’s Lung Ching and An Ji Bai Cha are now in stock, together with several other teas from the 2026 spring harvest. More teas will be added shortly.

Lung Ching 70 gram

China's most famous green tea and one of China's most famous teas in general, also called Long Jing. This is an affordable variety of this tea from West Lake area produced of cultivar Long Jing #43. The tea is harvested in spring 2026.

An Ji Bai Cha Top Grade 50 gram

An Ji Bai Cha is a very famous green tea from An Ji in China. This tea is Pre-Qing Ming first picking harvested in spring 2026 and is of very high quality. This authentic An Ji Bai Cha is picked and carefully manufactured by hand using traditional methods. The tea is of cultivar Bai Ye Yi Hao.

Jasmine Yin Zhen 50 gram

High quality jasmine tea based on the unfolded youngest tea leaves, the white tea Bai Hao Yin Zhen traditionally scented with Jasmine flowers. The aroma of jasmine flowers is very clear, not only in fragrance but also in taste.

Tie Guan Yin 70 gram

Tie Guan Yin is the most famous of Chinese Oolong teas and one of the most famous teas in China at all. This tea is harvested in spring 2026 at a height of 500 m. The tea is light oxidized.

Huo Shan Huang Ya 50 gram

Hand-picked Huo Shan Huang Ya from the first spring harvest of 2026. The tea is grown at an altitude of around 800 metres in the Huoshan area of Anhui. The cultivar is Huoshan Morning, a traditional local cultivar used in the production of Huo Shan Huang Ya.

Jasmin White King 70 gram

This is a high quality jasmine tea consisting of green tea scented with Jasmine flowers. The tea bushes grow at a height of about 700 m in Fujian province, China and the jasmine flowers used are grown locally in Fujian province. This is a very price worthy jasmine tea with a prominent and well balanced taste.

Lu An Gua Pian 50 gram

Lu An Gua Pian is traditionally regarded as one of China’s most famous green teas. This is a very exclusive, hand-picked quality from the spring harvest of 2026. Lu An Gua Pian differs from most other Chinese green teas in that only the tea leaves themselves are used.

Huang Shan Mao Feng 50 gram

Green tea from Anhui Province in China. The tea is produced in the Huangshan mountain region and is made from the Xiao Ye Zhong cultivar. The leaves are hand-picked and consist of whole, large green tea leaves. Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of China’s best-known green teas and has a long tradition in the Huangshan area.

Wu Yi Shan Huang Mei Gui 50 gram

The tea is grown at an altitude of around 700 metres in the Wuyishan mountain region of Fujian Province, one of China’s most renowned areas for oolong tea.

Wu Yi Shan Qi Lan 50 gram

This handpicked tea is grown in the scenic National Park Wu Yi Mountain area. The production has been made according to traditional methods with roasting in baskets over charcoal that gives the tea an aromatic roasted flavor and a storability of several years.

Tai Ping Hou Kui is one of China’s most renowned green teas and is produced in the area around Hou Keng in Anhui Province. The tea bushes grow at an altitude of around 800 metres in the mountainous landscape, and production of high-grade Tai Ping Hou Kui is limited.

Feng Qing Dian Hong 50 gram

Feng Qing Dian Hong is a black tea from Fengqing in Yunnan Province in south-western China. Fengqing is regarded as the classic origin of Dian Hong, and it was here that this style of black tea was developed in the late 1930s.

Feng Huang Song Zhong Lao Cong Dancong 50 gram

Feng Huang Song Zhong Lao Cong is an exclusive oolong tea from the Fenghuang Mountains in Guangdong Province in southern China. The area around Fenghuang and Chaozhou is renowned for its Dancong teas, which are produced in many traditional types with distinctly different aromatic characteristics.

Feng Huang Lei Kou Chai Lao Cong Dancong 50 gram

Lei Kou Chai is a rare and exclusive Feng Huang Dancong oolong tea from the Fenghuang Mountains in Guangdong Province in southern China. The tea belongs to a group of Dancong teas particularly known for their naturally floral, orchid-like aroma.

The tea is hand picked, hand made and grown at an altitude of about 2500 m in Cui Luan, Li Shan, Taiwan. The tea is light oxidized. Grows on one of the highest points in Taiwan. The height allows the tea to develop slowly.

Da Yu Ling 50 gram

Da Yu Ling is an exclusive Taiwanese high-mountain oolong from one of Taiwan’s highest-elevation tea-growing areas. The tea is grown at elevations of approximately 2,200–2,700 metres in the mountainous region around Da Yu Ling and is produced from the Qing Xin Oolong cultivar.

Oriental Beauty 50 gram

Oriental Beauty is one of Taiwan’s most distinctive oolong teas and is also known as Bai Hao Oolong. It is more heavily oxidised than most other oolong teas, giving it a smooth and full-bodied flavour with natural notes of honey, ripe fruit and flowers. The tea’s distinctive character begins in the tea garden.

Dung Ding Oolong 70 gram

Dung Ding is one of Taiwan's most famous oolong teas. The tea is grown in Nantou in central Taiwan around and on the mountain Dung Ding. The tea bushes of this variant were grown at an altitude of 800 meters on the Dung Ding mountain and harvested in the spring of 2026.

Gui Fei Oolong 50 gram

Gui Fei Oolong is a relatively new and rare oolong from Taiwan. Because of the big 1999 earthquake in Nantou, Dung Ding area, the tea plantations were left unattended while farmers and residents rebuilt their homes. A particular type of insect started to eat the tea leaves and chewed the edges of the leaves.

Hong Shui 70 gram

Hong Shui is a traditional Taiwanese style of oolong whose name can be translated as “red water”, referring to the tea’s warm amber-coloured infusion.

Wen Shan Bao Zhong Oolong 50 gram

Wenshan Baozhong is a traditional Taiwanese oolong tea with origins dating back to the late 19th century. The tea comes from the mountainous Wenshan area of northern Taiwan, which is particularly renowned for its aromatic, lightly oxidised Baozhong teas.

Long Feng Xia 50 gram

Long Feng Xia can be translated as “Dragon and Phoenix Gorge” and is a high-elevation tea-growing area within Shanlinxi in Nantou. Here, the tea bushes grow at an elevation of around 1,800 metres in a cool and humid mountain climate with frequent mist.

Red Jade 50 gram

This hand-picked black tea comes from the tea gardens around Sun Moon Lake in Nantou, Taiwan, where it is grown at an elevation of approximately 1,100 metres. The tea is produced from the TTES No. 18 cultivar, also known as Red Jade or Ruby 18.

San Xia Mi Xian 50 gram

This hand-picked black tea comes from Sanxia, a tea-growing area south of Taipei that is best known for its production of green tea. It is made from the local Qing Xin Gan Zai cultivar, which has long been grown in the area and is closely associated with Sanxia’s tea production.

Japanese Green tea from Yame, harvest 2026

We have received a selection of new Japanese green teas from Yame in Fukuoka Prefecture. The region has a long tradition of tea cultivation and is regarded as one of Japan’s foremost areas for high-quality green tea, particularly gyokuro.
The new arrivals include sencha, gyokuro and matcha – three teas with distinct characters, all displaying the richness, sweetness and pronounced umami for which Yame green teas are renowned.

Gyokuro Yame 50 gram

Gyokuro is considered one of the most exclusive types of Japanese green tea. Compared with sencha, it has a fuller and sweeter flavour with pronounced umami, resulting from the shading of the tea bushes before harvest.

Matcha Chiran 100 gram

Matcha tea from Chiran, Kagoshima. Suitable for preparing usucha (thin tea) and excellent for use as an ingredient in cooking and baking. Matcha is traditionally used in the Japanese tea ceremony, but today it is also commonly enjoyed as a health drink and used to add flavour to food and baked goods.

This fukamushi sencha comes from Yame in Fukuoka Prefecture, one of Japan’s best-known regions for high-quality green tea. Yame has a tea-growing tradition spanning around 600 years and is particularly renowned for teas with a full-bodied flavour, pronounced sweetness and rich umami.

Matcha Yame Saemidori 40 gram

This high-quality matcha comes from Yame in Fukuoka Prefecture, one of Japan’s best-known regions for green tea, with a tea-growing tradition spanning around 600 years. The matcha is produced from Saemidori, a cultivar prized for its natural sweetness. Ceremonial grade.

Matcha Yame Nutty 40 gram

This high-quality matcha comes from Yame in Fukuoka Prefecture, one of Japan’s best-known regions for green tea, with a tea-growing tradition spanning around 600 years. The matcha is a carefully composed blend of the Yabukita, Saemidori, Okumidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivars.

Poobong Moonlight FF 50 gram

First flush tea from Poobong Tea Estate, a small producer in Darjeeling that has been active since the 1900s. The tea is produced from China-type tea bushes. The tea has green leaves with silvery tips and gives a light golden brew. The taste is sweet and mild with fruity and vegetal notes.
