Flowering tea

Flowering tea is a craft from Fujian province in China. Tea is steamed together with flowers and hand-knotted into a ball. When the ball is placed in warm water, a beautiful flower blossoms slowly from its interior. The teas are often flavored with Jasmin. A good gift.
