Hand-picked green tea from Yunnan Province, China harvested early spring. The tea bushes are grown at an altitude of about 600 meters above sea level of Yunnan Da Ye cultivar, an Assamica variety.

Yunnan means South of the Clouds and is known for its ethnic and biological diversity. Tea cultivation has millennial traditions in Yunnan Province.
