Tie Guan Yin is the most famous of Chinese Oolongs and one of the most famous teas in China at all. This oolong tea is harvested in autumn 2016 on a height of about 800 m. Only a few percent of Tie Guan Yin teas are harvested in autumn, which is by many considered the best harvest.

This Tie Guan Yin is a lightly oxidized variety, The tea is from Gang De, inner Anxi, one of the most famous areas of Tie Guan Yin production.
