Exclusive Darjeeling tea first flush of Clonal type from the oldest Tea Estate in Darjeeling Puttabong. The tea bushes grow here at an altitude of over 1000 meters above sea level. The Tea Estate is eco-certified and grows without the use of pesticides.
Origin: West Bengal, Darjeeling, India
Taste: Balanced taste with a light tone of flower and vanilla.
Appearance: Light golden brew, green tea leaves.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 2 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
