Si Ji Chun 70 gram

This lightly oxidised oolong tea from Nantou, Taiwan, is produced from the Si Ji Chun cultivar. Si Ji Chun, also known as Four Seasons Spring, is a vigorous and highly regarded Taiwanese tea cultivar known for its distinctly floral and aromatic character.

The cultivar is often grown at lower elevations than many of Taiwan’s high-mountain oolongs. The tea bushes grow quickly and produce good yields, which means Si Ji Chun often offers plenty of flavour at a relatively accessible price. The tea produces a fresh and smooth cup with natural sweetness and pronounced floral notes.
