Raw Pu-erh Tea

Raw Pu-erh tea, also known as Sheng, is made from tea leaves grown in Yunnan that are processed and sun-dried into what is known as maocha. It can be enjoyed young or aged over many years, gradually developing in flavour. Younger Sheng often has a fresh, herbal and sometimes floral character, while aged teas can develop deeper, smoother and more complex flavours.
