Kabuse Saemidori Eko 50 gram

Organically certified Japanese Kabuse tea, ichibancha, first harvest of 2025. The tea is a semi-shaded tea and steamed to a medium degree, Chumushi. The tea is of the Saemidori cultivar. The Saemidori cultivar is often used for Kabuse or Gyokuro teas due to its sweet character.The shading results in a tea with a higher content of the amino acid Theanine, which contributes to a sweeter taste.
