Hong Shui 70 gram

Hong Shui is a traditional Taiwanese style of oolong whose name can be translated as “red water”, referring to the tea’s warm amber-coloured infusion. Unlike many modern Taiwanese oolong teas, which are lightly oxidised and only gently roasted, Hong Shui develops a deeper character through a higher degree of oxidation and careful roasting.

The tea was hand-picked, harvested and roasted in the spring of 2026. It is grown at an elevation of 500 metres on Bamboo Mountain in Nantou, Taiwan, and is produced from the Jin Xuan cultivar.
