This handpicked oolong tea from Taiwan is harvested in the winter of 2024. Fu Shou Shan is the second highest mountain peak in Li Shan mountain range. The tea is grown at an altitude of 2500 m. The cultivar used for production of this tea is Chin Shin. The tea is not roasted and is very light oxidized at a level of about 15%.

Winter harvest is considered the best yield for this type of tea, and the height allows the tea to develop slowly. In Fu Shou Shan, tea is harvested only two times per year because of its slow growth.
