Da Yu Ling is a famous and exclusive oolong tea from Taiwan. The tea is harvested in winter of 2024. The tea is picked by hand and is very light oxidized. Da Yu Ling is grown at the highest place in Taiwan at an altitude of about 2800 meters in Li Shan mountain area and is produced from Chin Shin cultivar.

The altitude allows the tea to develop slowly. In Da Yu Ling tea is harvested only 2 times per year because of its slow growth.
