This is an oolong tea from Taiwan with small pieces of bergamot. The flavor blends well and gives a good citrus note. The tea is a form of traditional flavoring. Bergamot is the flavor used for flavoring Earl Grey.
The tea has a very well balanced flavor with taste of bergamot.
Tea leaves rolled into small balls.
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Second steeping 3 minutes
Third steeping 4 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
