Spearmint 200 gram

Our spearmint tea consists of dried, finely cut leaves of pure spearmint, also known as Nana mint. The leaves have a clear minty aroma and produce a fresh cup with a naturally cooling flavour. As spearmint is naturally caffeine-free, it is an excellent choice when you want a herbal tea without caffeine, for example in the evening or as a refreshing alternative to black or green tea.

Spearmint can be enjoyed on its own, but it also works very well in blends with green tea, black tea, rooibos, liquorice root, lemon balm or other herbs. Its distinct mint flavour means that only a small amount is often needed to give a blend a clear character. Spearmint has a milder flavour than peppermint.
