Shan Lin Shi Hong Cha 50 gram

Shan Hong Lin Shi Cha is produced from hand-picked tea leaves of Chin Shin tea cultivar, a cultivar that usually is used for high altitude oolong teas in Taiwan.

The tea bushes are grown at an elevation of about 1800 meters in Shan Lin Shi, Nantou in a relatively new cultivation area. The high altitude and the foggy mountains, makes the tea bushes to slowly develop a clear and complex flavor. The tea smells of honey and dried fruit and has a mild fruity flavor.
