China's most famous green tea and one of China's most famous teas in general, also called Long Jing. This is an affordable variety of this tea from West Lake area produced of cultivar Long Jing #43. The tea is harvested in spring 2025. Grown without use of pesticides.

The tea has a long history and is mentioned in the first book of Lu Yu from Tang Dynasty. There are a lot of classifications of this tea. The original is produced only in the West Lake area, Xi Hu, but variants of this tea is produced in a variety of places in China today.
