Long Feng Xia 50 gram

Long Feng Xia can be translated as “Dragon and Phoenix Gorge” and is a high-elevation tea-growing area within Shanlinxi in Nantou. Here, the tea bushes grow at an elevation of around 1,800 metres in a cool and humid mountain climate with frequent mist. The low temperatures cause the leaves to develop slowly, contributing to the tea’s rich and aromatic character.

The tea is lightly oxidised, with an oxidation level of approximately 10–15 per cent. This preserves its fresh high-mountain character and enhances its floral aromas.
