The aroma of jasmine flowers is very clear, not only in fragrance but also in taste. The white tea is of cultivar Fu Ding Da Bai Hao and is grown at an altitude of about 600 m height.

As Jasmine Yin Zhen is based on a white tea with a mild flavor, the tea does not overtake the taste of jasmine, and the taste of jasmine flowers appears very balanced. This tea is dried together with jasmine flowers up to 7 times, that is what gives the tea strong fragrance and good taste of jasmine. The flowers are then removed.
