The tea is hand picked and harvested and roasted winter of 2024. The tea is grown at an altitude of 500 meters on Bamboo Mountain in Nantou, Taiwan, and produced by Jin Xuan cultivar. The name Hong Shui "red water" implies to the method of production, the tea has a level of oxidation of 40% and is medium roasted.
