Green tea - Uji Cha
Sencha Miyako No Midori is of Yabukita cultivar produced in 2021. A priceworthy high quality sencha tea typical of the Uji region in Japan. Uji is famous for traditional production of high quality tea and is today a quality label that only teas from the region may use. It was in the region around Uji as the first tea came to Japan.
The tea has dark emerald green leaves as some shading of the tea bushes has taken place before harvesting, which gives the tea a sweeter taste.

- 5g tea at 75 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 75 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 80 °C, pour directly.
