Organic Green Tea
Organic japanese sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking year 2020, chumushi, medium degree steaming of the popular Yabukita cultivar. The tea comes from Isagawa mountain range in Tenryu, Shizuoka. The tea is grown here at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level, resulting in less harvests and a tea that develops slowly and gets a rich taste with grassy tones.
Origin: Isagawa, Tenryu, Shizuoka, Japan
Taste: The tea has a full-bodied taste with hints of grass and sweet notes.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.
Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
