Oolong Tea
The tea bushes are grown at a very high altitude in Long Feng Xia that is the highest tea production area in Shan Lin Shi mountain range. The tea is picked by hand at an altitude of about 1800 meters and harvested spring 2024. The tea is of Chin Shin cultivar.
Origin: Shan Lin Shi, Taiwan
Taste: Long Feng Xia is a very fragrant oolong with a full-bodied, complex sweet taste.
Appearance: Green leaf rolled into small balls.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
