This Hojicha is produced in Kyoto, which is where this tea variant is believed to originate from. Steeping instructions:
2dl - 4 g tea at 90 °C water, 30 sec. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 90 °C, 40 seconds.
Third steeping 90 °C, 40 seconds.
