Famous green tea from An Hui province, China. The tea of cultivar Xiao Ye Zhong grows in Huang Shan mountain area. The tea is picked by hand and consists of whole large green tea leaves. Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of the most famous Chinese green teas, with good reason.

Appearance: Green elongated straight tea-leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 75 °C water and let it steep for 2.5 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 75 °C water and let it steep for 2.5 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes.
Third steeping 3.5 minutes.
