Black tea - Assam Mangalam SF - FTGFOP1 CL SPL
An orthodox Assam tea from the relatively young Tea Estate Mangalam, which was built in 1973 to produce high quality Assam tea with a high proportion of tips.
Assam is distinguished in taste from other black teas, and is a variant of tea bush called Camellia Sinensis var. assamica. Assam tea is generally grown at lower altitudes.

Black tea, golden tips, golden brew.
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 95 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
- use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 95 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
Second steeping 30 seconds.
Third steeping 30 seconds.
The tea will hold for several steepings on the same leaves.
