Oriental Beauty Oolong tea from Taiwan from 2018 lightly roasted and pressed into a cake in 2020. The tea has an oxidation rate of about 70%. The tea has been pressed into a cake for storage purposes, but is excellent to drink now.
There is a tradition with aging of oolong teas in Taiwan.

Full-bodied sweet taste, tone of dried fruit.
Pressed green tea cake.
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
- use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes.
Third steeping 2 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
The tea is well suited for several steepings on same tea leaves.
