Organic Green Tea
Organic certified Japanese Sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking in 2025, asamushi, light steamed. The tea is produced from the very unusuall Kuritawase cultivar normally grown in Kagoshima. A cultivar known to give the tea a light aromatic nuance.
Origin: Kagoshima, Japan
Taste: Grassy notes, light aroma, mild bitterness in the aftertaste.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, 20 sec.
Third steeping 70 °C, 20 sec.
