Green Tea
Japanese organic certified sencha tea of Yabukita cultivar harvested in spring 2021. This tea is grown in Shizuoka, which accounts for 40% of Japan's entire tea production. The tea is Asamushi, thus steamed at light degree.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 6g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
