Red clover occurs throughout Europe and Sweden and is growing freely on pastures. It is also grown for commercial use. The flowers have traditionally been used in Europe for a long time. Red clover contains isoflavones and formonetin, plant estrogens. Tea of Red Clover has a good flavor, with a tone of acidity.

Taste: The tea has a mild taste, with a hint of acidity.
Ingredients: Dry Red Clover flowers.
Latin: Trifolium pratense

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
