Ringtong has been around since 1865 but production has been down and resumed recently. Ringtong is located in the Sonada Valley in Darjeeling. The tea is grown here at an altitude between 1000 - 1700 meters. The tea is the first flush from the exclusive part of the production.

Taste: Sweet, floral, and light tasting tea.
Appearance: This quality Darjeeling tea emits a beautiful golden-colored brew and has green leaves in color.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minutes.
Second steeping 1,5 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 2 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
