Black tea
Classic Darjeeling tea first flush from Margarets Hope grown without use of pesticides. The tea bushes of this tea grows at an altitude of about 1000 m above sea level and is of type China.
Margarets Hope is a famous tea estate in Kurseong, Darjeeling with a production of high quality Darjeeling teas that at this location has been produced since the early 1800s.
Origin: Darjeeling, India
Taste: Well-balanced taste with light sweet notes.
Appearance: Green tea leaves in color.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 90° water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 90° water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minute, third steeping increase the time to 1,5 minute. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
