The tea is hand picked and harvested and roasted spring of 2019. The tea is grown at an altitude of 500 meters on Bamboo Mountain in Nantou, Taiwan, and produced by Jin Xuan cultivar. The name Hong Shui "red water" implies to the method of production, the tea has a level of oxidation of 40% and is medium roasted.
