Oolong Tea
The tea is hand picked and harvested and roasted spring of 2023. The tea is grown at an altitude of 500 meters on Bamboo Mountain in Nantou, Taiwan, and produced by Jin Xuan cultivar. The name Hong Shui "red water" implies to the method of production, the tea has a level of oxidation of 40% and is medium roasted.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not sink, taste evolves with the heat.
