Oolong tea
This is an oolong tea from Taiwan of Si Ji Chun tea cultivar that has been stored since 2009. The tea has been pressed to a 100 gram cake for storage purposes, but is great to drink now. The tea is lightly oxidized and with a light roasting. The tea is steamed and pressed into a cake.

There is a tradition with aging of oolong teas in Taiwan.













Origin: Ming Jian, Nantou, Taiwan
Taste: The tea is balanced and has a fruity tone to the taste.
Appearance: Pressed green tea cake.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes.
Third steeping 3 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
The tea is well suited for several steepings on same tea leaves.
