Green tea - Long Jing
Authentic exclusive Lung Ching, also known as Long Jing, is handpicked and handcrafted using traditional methods and grown at higher elevations without the use of pesticides. It is classified as China's most famous green tea and one of China's most famous teas overall. The tea is produced from the Lung Ching cultivar and was harvested in early spring of 2023.

Zhejiang province, China

The tea has a long history and is mentioned in the first book of Lu Yu from Tang Dynasty. The name Long Jing translates to dragon well.











Origin: Zhejiang province in China, West Lake.
Taste: Very lightly roasted tone, the flavor is medium-bodied and yields a characteristic sweet taste, some nuttiness, with a long aftertaste.
Appearance: Flat green-yellow leaves. Brew has a light green-yellow color.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1,5 minutes.
Third steeping 2,5 minutes.
