Organic White tea
Unique white tea produced only from the outermost buds of a variety of wild tea trees that grow in the border areas between Vietnam and China, a form of purple tea. A natural mutation where the color tone changes to purple (anthocyanin) to protect the tea leaves from the strong sun. The tea is also called Yao Bao (purple leaf). The wild tea trees grow at an altitude of about 1200 meters in Tay Con Linh, Ha Giang, Vietnam.

Ha Giang is inhabited by the Dzao and Hmong people who pick the hundred-year-old tea trees in the area. The tea has a unique appearance and a unique mild sweet taste without bitterness, with a mild fruity balanced taste.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour 80 °C water over the tea and let steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour 80 °C water over the tea and let steep for 3 minutes.

Second steeping 4 minutes.
Third steeping 5 minutes.
