White tea - Silver Needles
White tea produced from hundreds of years old tea trees growing wild in Lincang, Yunnan. The tea trees are semi wild tea trees from old tea plantations that took care of themselves in nature, but where the trees have begun to be harvested again. The production of these trees usually goes to Pu-erh tea, but in this case has been produced as a white tea a tip and two leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour 80 °C water over the tea and let steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour 80 °C water over the tea and let steep for 3 minutes.

Second steeping 4 minutes.
Third steeping 5 minutes.
