Darjeeling tea of the first plucking produced in March 2021 by Giddapahar Tea Estate. Tea of China type from Giddapahar with a high proportion of sweet and fruity tones.

Giddapahar Tea estate has been family owned since the start in 1881 and is located in Kurseong in Darjeeling. The tea is grown at an altitude of about 1500 m and a great variation of Darjeeling teas are produced at Giddapahar.

Taste: Well balanced full bodied taste with high proportion of sweetness and fruitiness.
Appearance: Green broken leaf.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minute. 40 sec.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 40 sec.
Second steeping 1 minute, third steeping increase the time to 1.5 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
