Green Tea
Sencha tea produced in the mountains of Yame, Japan harvested in spring 2019. Yabukita tea bushes grow here at an altitude of about 650 meters and are grown without the use of pesticides. The Yame region has a long history of producing high quality green tea.

Origin: Yamebura, Yame, Japan
Taste: Full-bodied tea with sweetness, aroma, umami and notes of freshly cut grass.
Appearance: Green flat short leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
