An organic certified black tea from Tam Duong in Lai Chau in northern Vietnam. The cultivar is Kim Tuyen (Jin Xuan).

- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 40 seconds.
- use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 40 seconds.
Second steeping 1 minute.
Third steeping 1.5 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
The tea is suited for several steepings on the same tea leaves.
