A high quality Japanese green tea with an unusual appearance. The tea is a form of Tamaryokucha, typical tea from Kyushu area. The tea is first picking tea harvested in spring 2021.

The tea is rolled into small balls, rolled tea leaves that unfolds slowly when infused. The tea is fried on a pan.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
2dl - 6 g tea in water 70 °C, 3 minutes. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Other steeping 75 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 75 °C, pour directly.
