Green Tea
Japanese Sencha tea of Yamakai cultivar harvested in spring 2018 first picking. The tea is Chu Mushi, thus steamed at medium degree. Yamakai is a tea cultivar that is also used for the production of Gyokuro tea and in this case gives a very well balanced tea with sweet tones.

This tea is grown in Shizuoka, which accounts for 40% of Japan's entire tea production. Grown without pesticides.

Taste: The taste is very well balanced with sweet tones.
Appearance: Green flat short leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
