Green Tea
Japanese Sencha tea of Yabukita cultivar harvested in spring 2018. This tea is grown in Shizuoka, which accounts for 40% of Japan's entire tea production. The tea is Chu Mushi, thus steamed at medium degree. Grown without pesticides.

Appearance: Green flat short leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute 20 seconds. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
