Japanese Sencha tea from Uji, Kyoto in Japan. The tea is produced by the popular Yabukita cultivar and is produced in 2020, Ichibancha. The tea is of Zairai type. Zairai means domestic and is of no specific cultivar, Zairai tea is grown from seeds. The tea bushes have a different look and tea leaves of different shape. Uji is the origin of a large variety of quality Japanese teas with a long tradition.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5 g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 70 °C, 15 sec.
Third steeping 70 °C, 15 sec
