Organic Green Tea
Organic certified Japanese Sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking in 2022, asamushi, light steamed. The tea is produced from the Tsuyuhikari cultivar, the cultivar is produced from the cultivars Shizu 7132 crossed with Asatsuyu.
Origin: Shizuoka, Japan
Taste: The tea has a balanced taste, sweet note, umami.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.
Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
