Organic Green Tea
Organic certified Japanese Sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking in 2025, asamushi, light steamed. The tea is produced in the Mori area, a long-established growing region dedicated to organic tea in Shizuoka. An exclusive organic sencha that is briefly shaded before harvest. The tea is made from the Yabukita cultivar.
Origin: Shizuoka, Japan
Taste: The tea has a rich taste with sweet notes and umami.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
