Second flush Darjeeling tea from Rohini harvested summer in 2017. A whole leaf hand-rolled tea of AV2 cultivar. The tea bushes are grown at an altitude of about 1000 m. The tea consist of a high portion of tips.
Rohini Tea Estate is located in Kurseong valley in Darjeeling and has been closed for 30 years until it reopened in 1994. The Tea Estate has since produced a variety of high-quality teas.

This quality Darjeeling tea emits a beautiful golden-colored brew and has green leaves in color.
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
- use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 2 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
