Green Tea
Unique green tea produced in Taiwan harvested in march 2019. The tea is hand picked and produced by the tea cultivar Hong Yu, Red Jade. Red Jade is a tea cultivar that normally is produced to black tea, but that in this case gives a successful green tea. The tea consist of whole tea leaves.

Nantou, Taiwan

The tea is grown by Mr. Chen in Ming Jian in Nantou without the use of pesticides. In Nantou, a large variety of Taiwanese teas are produced. Green tea belongs to the unusual in Taiwan, famous mainly for the production of high quality oolong teas but also has a range of unique black teas.











Origin: Ming Jian, Nantou, Taiwan
Taste: A green tea with a fruity undertone, light aromatic.
Appearance: Whole green rolled tea leaf.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes.
Third steeping 2 minutes.
