Green Tea - Bi Luo Chun
Pi Luo Chun is one of the 10 most famous teas in China. The tea is handpicked and harvested early spring of 2021. The tea is grown at a high altitude in the mountain ranges around Dong Ting Shan, Jiang Su, in east China. The area is well-known for its tea plantations and fruit plantations that alternate with each other and where the tea takes scent from the flowers of the fruit trees.

Only tea grown in the right areas of Jiang Su is considered genuine Pi Luo Chun, although the tea is also produced elsewhere in China. Pi Luo Chun has very small tea leaves and in the form of small rounded tea leaves.











Origin: Dong Ting, Jiang Su Province
Taste: Mild vegetal taste.
Appearance: Green spiral-shaped leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Preparation Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 75 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 75 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes.
Third steeping 2.5 minutes.
