Light oxidized oolong tea from Shizuoka, Japan. The tea was harvested in the early spring of 2020. Oolong teas are unusual in Japan. The tea was produced by Benifuuki tea cultivar, a tea cultivar used in Japan for darker types of tea for its aromatic properties. Lightly rolled tea leaves.

- use about 10 grams of tea. Pour in 90° water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
- use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 90° water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
Second steeping pour directly, third steeping pour directly. Make sure the temperature of the water does not sink, taste evolves with heat.
The tea can be steeped several times.
