Green tea - Green Bamboo Leaf
Chinese green tea first picking, Pre Qing Ming, harvested in March in the year of 2017. The tea is of cultivar Zhu Ye Qing grown at an altitude of about 1000 meters.

The tea is translated to "Green Bamboo Leaf" and is from a small cultivation on the famous E Mei Mountain. The mountain is located west of Sichuan province and is the highest of the four sacred Buddhist mountains in China known for its magnificent nature.

E Mei Zhu Ye Qing is a popular and very famous green tea in China. The tea leaves are small and flat.

Taste: The taste is vegetal, with strength, chestnut notes and some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes.
Third steeping 2 minutes.
