Mei Shan oolong tea was harvested in winter 2017. The tea bushes are grown at an altitude of about 1000 m in Mei Shan mountain area of Chin Shin cultivar. Mei Shan mountain area has a long history of tea growing and is one of the first tea cultivation sites in Taiwan.
The area is very suitable for growing tea, with its fertile soil, cloudy mountains, lower temperatures and fresh air.

- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
